Pastor Esiri has criticized Peller’s influence on young people, attributing their declining academic performance to an unhealthy addiction to social media.
He shared this concern with his congregation during a recent worship service at his church.
According to him, many youths see Peller as a kind of role model.
He stated that they spend the majority of their time on his page, which he believes is likely the reason behind their poor performance in the JAMB examination.

“You know the person mentoring the young people now? It’s one guy that calls himself Peller. Young people now sit down on his page from morning till night. He is going about with a girl he is not married to and they are engaging in all king of nonsense thing, and my society thinks – my generation thinks that it is just a normal behavior…how can they pass JAMB, they can’t pass JAMB..”
