Ruth, sister of former Big Brother Naija winner Phyna, has sadly passed away.
Reports reveal that she succumbed to injuries sustained after being hit by a Dangote truck a few days ago.
The SUG president of Auchi Polytechnic shared the heartbreaking news on his Instagram story just moments ago, posting her photo with the caption “RIP” accompanied by crying emojis.
A week ago, Famous9ja reported that Phyna had called out businessman Aliko Dangote and his company, Dangote Group, after one of their trucks crashed into her sister. She alleged that the company instructed the Nigerian police to remove the truck’s plate number and warned that while Dangote may have wealth, he is not God.
In response, Dangote Group issued a press statement, assuring its commitment to her sister’s well-being, promising full medical care and appropriate compensation.
However, Phyna highlighted the irony of their message, questioning how they could wish her sister a quick recovery when her leg had already been amputated. She also reminded them about the critically injured bike rider involved in the accident.
