Nollywood actress Bidemi Kosoko has made a heartfelt appeal to all Celestial parents while tending to her daughter’s hair.
In an emotional video showing the before-and-after transformation of her daughter’s long locks, Bidemi expressed deep sadness over having to cut the hair. She called on Celestial parents to reconsider the tradition of waiting until a girl turns three before shaving her hair, urging them to discuss the matter with their prophetesses.

My fellow Cele parents, I think we need to have a meeting with all these prophetesses to stop telling a girl child to wait till 3 years before scraping her hair is not nice. Walai, 1 year to wait is okay now”.
