Nollywood actress Opeyemi Aiyeola is going through a difficult period as she mourns the loss of a loved one.
Sharing a photo of a white bird in flight on her Instagram page, she disclosed that someone dear to her had passed away.
In a follow-up post, Opeyemi revealed that she has been unable to sleep, with a heavy heart and tears that refuse to stop. She expressed how the person’s death had pierced her heart so deeply, explaining that their photos are far too beautiful and precious to be shared with an “RIP.”
She recalled their last conversation, where she pleaded with her not to give up the fight, not to give her a reason to cry, and not to let death claim victory. Opeyemi also addressed those who believe praying for the dead is pointless, stating that, for her, it isn’t and she will continue to pray for her dearly departed.
