Funke Akindele, a highly acclaimed actress in Nollywood, openly expressed her disapproval of Lateef Adedimeji’s comedic performance. A video featuring the promotional efforts of the Peju Alagbo brand ambassador was widely shared on various social media platforms.
In the video, Lateef, disguised as a woman on his way to a party, was accompanied by his wife, who portrayed his daughter. However, his wife persistently urged him to create a dance video. Despite Mo Bimpe singing Davido’s popular hit song “Unavailable,” Lateef didn’t seem particularly pleased with the choice.
The talented actor swiftly interrupted her performance and reassured the audience that attending events is his true passion in life, expressing his willingness to gladly attend any occasion.
In response, Funke Akindele took to the comment section and raised concerns about Lateef’s mental state. The mother of twins stated in Yoruba, “Ori yin o pe Ma,” implying that his head was not functioning properly.
Other notable personalities, including Bimbo Ademoye, Mr. Macaroni, Kunle Afod, and others, also commented on the video.
