Veteran Nollywood actor Yemi Solade has opened up about his youthful experiences with women and how age has changed him over the years.
In a recent interview posted on the official YouTube channel of Behind The Fame TV on Saturday, July 12, 2025, the seasoned actor shared that he began dating at a very young age and was once very outgoing. However, he admitted that now, at 50, he no longer has the energy to keep up with multiple relationships as he did in the past.
When asked if he has girlfriends, Yemi Solade said, “I have more than two female admirers, there are a lot of them that admire my film making skills, but I don’t have any girlfriend. I started womanizing early in my life, I’m over 60 now, I don’t have strength anymore. Some ladies usually accuse me of being too blunt, and they always say that I used to embarrass them whenever they made their feelings known to me.”
Famousja reported earlier in the week that the respected actress marked a new age, and to commemorate the occasion, the movie industry came together to throw her a surprise birthday party on Saturday.
The event was spearheaded by her goddaughter, Biola Bayo, and saw the attendance of several notable stars, including Toyin Tomato, Akin Boss, Iyabadan Sneh, Toyosi Adesanya, Toyin Adegbola, Funmilayo Adelusi, and many others.
