“He was very hardworking, he s¥ffered a lot” – Sanku’s mother breaks down in tears over son’s death (Watch)

The late Raji Samad Adetola, widely known as Sanku, continues to trend on social media even after his untimely death, as his mother spoke out to dismiss rumours of ritual involvement in a viral video.

According to Famous9ja, Sanku tragically passed away on Monday, September 1, in a fatal car accident, a loss that triggered widespread reactions online.

In the wake of his passing, speculations emerged alleging that the skit maker and content creator resorted to spiritual practices for fame. However, in an emotional video, his heartbroken mother tearfully debunked the claims, stressing that her son never engaged in such practices.

She emphasized that he always sought her prayers, a gesture she said confirmed his innocence.

In her words; “You can’t give him any spiritual item that he will ever use. He always says it’s my prayers that are working for him. He always says I should keep on praying.

“My son didn’t do anything spiritual. He knows no herbalists whatsoever. I’ve been hearing what everyone has been saying that he might’ve done something spiritual.

“My son didn’t go anywhere or do any form of rituals,” she said, speaking in the Yoruba language.

Sanku’s mother also recounted how he had promised to invite her to his home and had even sent her money to buy foodstuffs shortly before his untimely death.

In a related development, Entertainment Region shared emotional videos from Sanku’s burial held in Osogbo, Osun State.
