A recent report from the controversial blog Gistlover claims that Nollywood actor Femi Adebayo and his wife, Omotayo Sanusi, are experiencing a marital crisis.
According to a post on Gistlover’s Instagram page, the couple’s troubles reportedly stem from the actor’s alleged infidelity.
The blog further alleges that tensions escalated in Ibrahim Chatta’s village when Omotayo confronted actress Funke Akindele, accusing her of having an affair with her husband. During the altercation, she allegedly caused damage to hotel property, which Femi Adebayo later paid to fix.
According to Gistlover, the situation intensified after the couple returned to Lagos. Omotayo Sanusi allegedly threatened to ruin Femi Adebayo’s Netflix deal and publicly shame Funke Akindele. In response, Femi reportedly moved out of their home and rented an apartment on the Island.
The blog also claimed that Omotayo was recently involved in a serious car accident. Following the incident, her in-laws have allegedly chosen to distance themselves from the couple’s marital issues.
Amid the ongoing turmoil, Omotayo reportedly revealed that she is pregnant and has refused to leave her husband’s home.
Tensions escalated further when Femi Adebayo’s brother allegedly discovered a calabash in their residence, raising suspicions of spiritual interference and intensifying the situation beyond mere marital issues.
With emotions running high and the crisis expanding into spiritual and family dimensions, a public outburst on social media seems imminent.
Femi Adebayo and Omotayo Sanusi got married in a private ceremony attended by close friends and family. This marks Femi’s second marriage, following his previous union with Khadijat Adebayo, with whom he shares three children.
