In another touching moment, Jennifer Awele, wife of the late Nollywood actor Junior Pope, took to social media to remember her beloved husband a year after his untimely passing, stirring emotions among fans and colleagues.
Famous9ja reported that Junior Pope and others lost their lives after drowning at Anam River in Anambra State while returning from a movie set produced by Adanma Luke on April 8th. Luke had received tons of backlash for not providing the actors with safety procedures, which led to their deaths.
The mother of three added that she doesn’t have the right words to respond to her sons’ questions about whether he will fulfill his promise to them.
Jennifer expressed gratitude to everyone who sympathised with them, saying that words couldn’t express her heartfelt gratitude for their love and support.
