Priscilla Ojo, daughter of Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo and the newest mum in town, has opened up about her labour room experience.
Sharing on her Snapchat page, Priscilla revealed that she was rushed to the hospital at 3 a.m. She admitted that contractions were no joke and all her plans to dress up stylishly and create content for the moment had to be abandoned.
Priscilla shared that her baby’s due date coincided with his father’s birthday, but he arrived a little earlier than expected.
“We had to rush to the hospital at 3am!
Contractions isn’t a joke, all plans to slay at the hospital and create content were cancelled.
Me: Rakeem, your due date is the same as Papa.
Rakeem: Please, this woman, I want my day alone.
@juma_jux sorry, my love, your son wants to shine alone”.
Recall that on July 24th, Priscilla and Juma announced via a joint Instagram post that they were expecting their first child, sharing stunning photos from their maternity shoot, where Priscilla proudly showcased her baby bump.
Just days later, the couple posted clips from their gender reveal party in Tanzania, joyfully announcing that they were expecting a baby boy.
On Sunday, July 27th, a grand baby shower was held in Canada for the soon-to-be mum. Priscilla took to Snapchat to share moments from the celebration, which was organized by her mother, Iyabo Ojo, alongside Lola Alao and close friends.
Earlier this year, Priscilla and Juma Jux tied the knot in a lavish six-part wedding ceremony held across Tanzania and Nigeria in February, April, and May.
