Oriyomi Hamzat Tenders Ap0logy to Naira Marley, Lifts Two-Year Bann on Marlian Records at Agidigbo FM (Video)

Radio presenter Oriyomi Hamzat has issued a public apology to singer Naira Marley and confirmed that Agidigbo FM will now resume playing his songs, officially lifting the two-year ban on all Marlian Records music.

The bann, which was enforced in September 2024, came in the wake of the controversy surrounding the death of Marley’s former signee, Mohbad, during which Naira Marley was accused of being connected to the tragic incident.

Following his clearance from the allegations, Oriyomi Hamzat admitted to misjudging the singer and apologized for the decision to blacklist his music. He further announced that tracks from Marlian Records will once again receive airplay on Agidigbo FM.
