Afrobeats superstar David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has stirred public reactions after a new video surfaced online, in which he revealed the staggering amount spent on his white wedding.
In the trending clip, Davido disclosed that he and his family spent $3.7 million—approximately ₦3.3 billion—on the lavish ceremony.
This revelation comes shortly after another viral video showed him sharing an intimate moment with his wife, Chioma, an incident that sparked mixed reactions across social media.
Davido and Chioma’s white wedding is set to take place this weekend, with celebrities and dignitaries already trooping into Miami, Florida, USA, for the grand celebration.
It will be recalled that the couple held their glamorous traditional wedding in June 2024 at the Eko Hotels and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos State, Nigeria.
Revealing the amount spend so far for his white wedding with Chioma, Davido says; “We have spent $3.7 million ( approximately ₦3.33 billion) cash so far for the wedding!”
