Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo offered heartfelt prayers for her daughter, Priscilla Ojo, during her baby shower held in Canada.
On Sunday, Famous9ja reported that the celebration was organized in honor of the soon-to-be mother.
In a trending video clip, Iyabo Ojo was seen showering powerful prayers on her daughter, Priscilla. She affirmed that, unlike her own experience, Priscilla’s marriage would flourish. Iyabo went on to declare that her daughter would grow old with her husband, whom she described as her God-ordained partner.
“Your marriage will work, you’ll grow old with your husband. He will be beside you from the days of your youth till your old age. Because you have married right. You’ve married the bones of your bones, the flesh of your flesh. If mine didn’t work, yours will work. I have paid that sacrifice for yours to work”.

Iyabo Ojo was previously married to Mr. Ademidun Ojo, the father of her two children, Priscilla and Festus Ojo. Sadly, their marriage ended shortly after the birth of their kids.
Reflecting on that period in a podcast interview, Iyabo revealed that she experienced real poverty for the first time during her marriage. She described the relationship as an “adventure,” explaining that she had been seeking attention, which her ex-husband provided at the time.
In a separate interview with Seun Oloketuyi in March, Iyabo shared her belief that her children are benefiting from the good choices and sacrifices she made in the past. She also expressed that having children at a young age helps parents feel youthful, adding that no one truly wants to grow old.
