Why I Struggled Academically in Secondary School – TikToker Peller Shares Emotional Story (Video)

Nigerian TikTok sensation Habeeb Hamzat Adelaja, popularly known as Peller, has opened up about the reason behind his poor academic performance during his secondary school days.

Speaking during a TikTok live session with media personality Frank Edoho, Peller revealed that being the breadwinner of his family at just 19 greatly affected his education and focus at the time.

This revelation comes shortly after Peller was seen in a viral video crying uncontrollably following reports that his relationship with his lover, Jadrolita, had allegedly ended due to his genotype result.

While reflecting on his poor performance in secondary school, Peller revealed that unlike his friends whose parents disciplined them for low grades, he had no such experience.

According to him, his parents were already divorced at the time, and there was no one to hold him accountable for his academic struggles.

He further shared that he was living with his mother during that period, but she couldn’t closely monitor him because she was constantly hustling to make ends meet.
