In a follow-up post, Charles Idibia, the younger brother of legendary singer 2Baba, penned an open letter to him amid ongoing controversy.
Famous9ja previously reported that 2Baba, during a recent appearance on Nedu’s podcast, claimed that men are not naturally built to be sexually exclusive to one woman. He said that while a man can love a woman deeply, being with only her sexually is unrealistic.
However, 2Baba later made a U-turn. In a video shared on his Instagram page, he admitted he had messed up. He apologized to his wife, Natasha — whom he called the love of his life — as well as to his fans and children, saying he was truly sorry and that his earlier comments did not reflect who he really is.
Reacting to the drama, Charles wrote a lengthy message where he claimed his brother had been dragged from the frying pan into an industrial furnace. He accused Natasha of being controlling and manipulative, alleging she forced 2Baba to retract his words simply because she wasn’t mentioned in the podcast.
Charles went on to describe Natasha as more of a “psychotic fan” than a partner, calling her a “cancerous leech” who is gradually destroying 2Baba and his legacy in the name of love. He urged his brother to wake up for the sake of his children, reminding him that a good chess player knows when to step back and assess the board from a distance.
