Nollywood actress Jumoke George has finally received the keys to her new home and vehicle.
Just a day earlier, Famous9ja reported that kind-hearted Nigerians had gifted her a plot of land, an SUV, and a fully furnished four-bedroom duplex.
Her younger colleague, Biola Bayo, shared the heartwarming news, expressing gratitude on behalf of the veteran actress and celebrating the fulfillment of her long-held dream.
Taking to her Instagram page, Biola posted a touching video capturing the emotional moment Jumoke George and her daughter were presented with the keys to their new house and car.
“THE PRESENTATION OF A DUPLEX AND A CAR TO @jumoke_george
I just want to say a very big thank you to everyone who helped either financially, morally or spiritually. I am grateful to you all. God bless you.
The full video is now on my YouTube channel, Biola Adebayo Ent. The link is also in my Bio”.
Similarly, the veteran’s daughter, Adeola Omotosho, had received a deep freezer and cash gifts from a good Nigerian.
In a heartfelt interview with Biola Bayo, actress Jumoke made an emotional revelation about her struggles. She disclosed that she had been homeless for five to six years, finding refuge in her church during that time. Jumoke also opened up about her declining health, sharing that she had been in and out of the hospital since January 2nd and had undergone both brain and heart tests, but lacked the funds to continue treatment.
Adding to her distress, she revealed that her 41-year-old daughter, Adeola, had been missing for four years. Fortunately, after her public plea for help, Biola Bayo, alongside actor Adeniyi Johnson and Abike Dabiri, the chairperson of the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission, stepped in and successfully helped her reunite with her daughter.
